By partnering with the Kohima Smart City Development Limited (KSCDL), Zub Zub India successfully operationalized a model that prioritized consistent street-level intervention, public behavioral change, and institutional accountability.
World Environment Day 2022: A collaborative drive
Aligned with the theme "Only One Earth," the project emphasized sustainable living and collective responsibility for environmental protection through direct community engagement.
NCAP Awareness Campaign: Breathing better together
From 2023 to 2025, Zub Zub India partnered with the District Administration of Kohima to turn the National Clean Air Programme (NCAP) from a policy framework into a community-led movement.
Transforming Kohima’s Waste Ecosystem
In August 2023, Zub Zub India, in collaboration with the Kohima Municipal Council (KMC), launched an intensive, city-wide outreach project to strengthen the foundation of waste management in Kohima.
